Witnesses tell CBS4′s Maggie Newland that several people were playing in the lake when a man on a personal watercraft somehow ended up in the water and yelled for help.

Daniel Baad says the missing man is his friend’s father. “We were on the tube doing tricks we let him ride out he was just doing waves doing circles he just slipped off,” he said.
