Finals Tickets Selling For Thousands On Secondary Market

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Heat fans hoping to get a glimpse of the team for what could be the final time this season better get ready to shell out some big money.

According to StubHub, as of Tuesday morning, less than 2,700 tickets for Game 6 of the NBA Finals between the Heat and San Antonio Spurs were still available on the secondary market.

The least expensive tickets were standing room only and were selling for a minimum of $119 per ticket while the most expensive tickets were on the north side of the court on row 5 with a price of $6,412 per ticket.

All courtside tickets, which have carried prices in the past of over $10,000 were sold out.

If the Heat can knock off the Spurs in Game 6 and make it to Game 7 at the AmericanAirlines Arena, ticket prices go up even more. Standing room only tickets are on sale for $410 as of Tuesday morning and the most expensive tickets were going for at least $25,000.

Only 2,471 tickets were available via StubHub.com for a possible Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
