"They started threatening us, oh we gonna kill you, you gonna get roughed up you in the hood man you don't know what we could do to you we got guns," said one of the photographers who did not want his identity released. "Justin Bieber ordered one of the security guards to go and break my camera. He chased me down the street, he grabbed me really rough by the neck to stop me and then he snatched my camera."

In an audio recording obtained by TMZ from the night of June 5th, you can hear Bieber saying "we're gonna give your camera back, ima take your SIM card through," while the photog begs for him to stop.

"They were making fun of the whole situation, while they were holding my camera, while I was pleading for my pictures because I have pictures there that are priceless," said the photographer.

Earlier that night Biebers armed entourage also reportedly rushed at another photographer, Jeffrey Binion.

A lawsuit filed by Binion claims Bieber "Directed [Hugo] Hesny and three other bodyguards to confront [Binion] and to forcibly take the memory card from [his] camera."

Hesny reportedly "Threw [Binion] against a wall, began choking him, and threatened [him] with a gun..."

The complaint also says Hesny is not licensed to work as a bodyguard or carry a gun in the state of florida.

Fed up with the Biebs' out of control behavior, the victim says he wants to put a stop to the famous teens power trip.

"I feel really bad I'm afraid for my life," he said. "I've had enough of this little kid I think I should be the one to start stopping this little kid from doing something worse."

Biebers reps have not commented on the lawsuit.
