MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Several Miami streets were blocked off Wednesday night as police searched for people who bailed out a car after a traffic stop.
The initial stop occurred near Northwest 54 St. and Northwest 3 Ave., according to a spokesman for the Miami Police Dept.

An officer pursued one of the people behind a home, and shots were fire by the cop.
No one was struck by the bullets.

At least one person was taken into custody, according to a police spokesman.
No names have been released.
