Ft. Myers Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girl In Keys
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Southwest Florida man who reportedly sexually assaulted an underage girl on numerous occasions in Marathon has been arrested.
Alfonso Garcia-Rodriguez, 69, was taken into custody in Lee County on a Monroe County warrant.
He was then transported to Monroe County where he was charged with two counts sexual battery on a victim under 12, three counts lewd and lascivious battery on a child under 12, three counts lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 12, and one count lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child.
Garcia-Rodriguez allegedly fondled and sexually assaulted the girl her over a period of two years, between 2003 and 2005 when she was 6 – 8 years old.
He's being held on $1.2 million bond.
