Man Jailed For Allegedly Stabbing Elderly Boyfriend With Fork

WILTON MANORS (CBSMiami) – A 45-year-old man is behind bars, accused of stabbing his elderly boyfriend with a fork and biting his earlobe, the arrest report stated.

Michael Paul Sibelle, of Wilton Manors, is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and battery on a person 65 or older for the alleged domestic violence attack on Thursday, police told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

At his bond court appearance on Friday, Sibelle said he has been in Florida for only nine months. The arrest report states he and the victim have been domestic partners for more than 17 years.

After 5 p.m. on Thursday, the couple got into an argument. The squabble escalated and Sibelle grabbed a fork, walked over to his partner who was sitting in a chair and stabbed him three times in the right leg, causing injury, the report stated.
