Dolphins, Active And Ready For Jags

MIAMI (AP) — Third-year pro Marlon Moore will make his first career start at receiver for the Miami Dolphins against Jacksonville in place of Davone Bess, who is inactive with a back injury.

The game Sunday is the first Bess has missed in his five-year career. Receiver Armon Binns, awarded to the Dolphins off waivers Monday, was active.

Receiver Cecil Shorts was active for Jacksonville after missing last week's game because of a concussion. Austin Pasztor, activated Friday from the practice squad, started at left guard.

Montell Owens made his second consecutive start at running back for the Jaguars.

Seven Dolphins who had been listed as probable were active, including receiver Brian Hartline, linebacker Karlos Dansby and safety Chris Clemons.
