Woman's Ex Shot After Kicking In Door Of Boyfriend's Tamarac Apt.
TAMARAC (CBSMiami) – A man was airlifted to the hospital after an early morning shooting in Tamarac.
It happened around 6 a.m. at Midora at Woodmont Apartments, located at 7780 NW 78th Avenue in Tamarac.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said a resident of the apartment complex was inside his unit with his girlfriend when her ex-husband showed up. When the enraged man kicked in the door, the man inside the apartment shot him.
The injured man was airlifted to Broward Health North. The sheriff's office said he was breathing on his own during the transport but did not know the extent of his injuries.
No one else was injured.
