CBS Stars Celebrate Fall Season With A Party

LOS ANGELES (CBSMiami) -- Excitement is building for the new fall TV season as CBS showed off its new and returning shows with help from CBS stars on the red carpet in Beverly Hills.

Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu were just two of the many celebrities who are looking forward to upcoming fall season. Miller and Liu star in the drama "Elementary." Miller plays a modern day Sherlock Holmes and Liu is Watson.

"The things that need to be solved are more than I would have expected for CBS and I think that's great," said Lucy Liu.

Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis star in the drama "Vegas" about a sheriff battling a powerful mobster for control of Las Vegas in the sixties.

Janet Montgomery and Kyle Maclachlan star in the new legal drama, "Made In Jersey" about a street smart Jersey girl working in a posh New York law firm.

Actors, producers, writers and more came out to celebrate the new prime time lineup at a Beverly Hills party.

The hit comedies "2 Broke Girls" and "The Big Bang Theory" will be back to bring more laughs.

"I just get excited to see what these minds come up with," said Melissa Rauch from "The Big Bang Theory.

Plus there's a new comedy. "Partners" is about best friends and business partners, one gay and one straight whose relationship is tested.

"Our relationship kind of trumps our relationships with our significant others because we've been friends for, we have a major bromance going on," said David Krumholtz from "Partners."

The fall lineup also brings back plenty of hit dramas, like "The Good Wife" and "NCIS."

CBS's premiere week kicks off Monday September 24th.
