Porn Stars Clash With NBA Over Planned Event
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It's tradition for local leaders to place friendly bets on the outcome of a championship game or series. But a pair of Miami porn stars made a bet with two Oklahoma City porn stars that's gotten a rise out of the NBA.
According to the adult entertainment newswire XBIZ via the Miami New Times, local porn stars Sara Jay and Angelina Castro bet with their Oklahoma counterparts that the Heat would win the NBA championship. The winner of the bet would then offer a free sexual act with their team's fans.
Xbiz reported that the NBA is blocking the duo from using the website teambjnba.com. The NBA said the site, a related Twitter handle, and any photos be turned over the league.
The adult stars planned to stream the event and to set a Guinness record with their promised event. Both are promoting an event on August 2nd to honor the Heat's NBA championship.
"As anyone knows who follows my Twitter, I lived and breathed Miami Heat basketball all year," Castro said. "I am upset they are taking the fun out what we are trying to do. No one thought we were going to go ahead with the event. We aren't hurting anyone."
Both actresses are still trying to determine what to do by the NBA's Monday deadline.
