Coral Springs Woman Missing, Friends & Family Pass Out Flyers

CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – Friends and neighbors of a Coral Springs couple are passing out flyers after the man's wife vanished Friday afternoon.

The last time anyone can remember seeing Maria Murphy, 45, was around 1 p.m. Murphy conducted a bank transaction at the Bank of America, at 1401 University Drive in Coral Springs. About an hour later police believe Murphy was spotted walking eastbound across U.S. 441 at Copans Road in Margate.

Also missing is Murphy's 2005 black BMW 330ci convertible which has Florida tag LZS159.

Police believe Murphy may be in danger.

Murphy is about 5' 10", has brown eyes, black hair and weighs 170 pounds.
