Boil Water Order Issued For Parts Of Miami Beach
MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – A boil water order has been issued for parts of Miami Beach after construction workers damaged water lines.
In an alert issued Tuesday evening, city spokeswoman Nannette Rodriguez said a Miami-Dade contractor working on the Venetian Island project damaged the lines and city workers were repairing them.
One the fix is complete, residents on Rivo Alto, San Marino, DiLido & Hibiscus islands will have to boil water for two days as a precaution.
