
FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – People living in the town of Davie or parts of the City of Ft. Lauderdale hit the polls Tuesday for one of the few remaining March municipal elections in Broward County.
Voters in Davie elected a mayor and a council member, and voters in Ft. Lauderdale districts 1 and 4 voted for city commissioners.

Broward once held most of its municipal elections in March, but most communities have been transitioning to a November election schedule.
