Pastor's Daughter Shot In St. Pete Church

ST. PETERSBURG (CBSMiami/AP) – The daughter of a St. Petersburg pastor was accidentally shot in a church Sunday afternoon.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the accident happened when Moises Zambrana was showing his gun to another member of the Grace Connection Church who was interested in buying it.

Zambrana, who has a concealed weapons permit, reportedly took out the gun's magazine but did not know there was a bullet in the chamber. The gun went off and the round shot through a wall, striking 20-year-old Hannah Kelley.

She was critically injured and taken to Bayfront Medical Center.

No charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
