MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police are investigating the robbery of a cell phone store which was caught on camera.

Surveillance cameras inside the store, at NW 177th Street and 57th Avenue, captured the robbery on video. On it, you see an armed man wearing a black hoodie and black ski mask over his face approach the two men who were opening the store for the day.

After taking the men’s identification cards, the masked man then ordered them to rear of the store and forced them to open the safe.

He then tossed their id’s in the trash and stole $22 thousand.
