Lohan's On Again/Off Again Girlfriend Arrested In Boca
BOCA RATON (CBSMiami) – Less than a week after getting out of rehab, Michael Lohan's on again/off again girlfriend Kate Major has had another run in with the law.
Major, 29, was arrested just after 3 a.m. Sunday in Boca Raton. She was booked into the Palm Beach County jail and charged with battery, battery against an officer, firefighter, EMT and resisting an officer with violence.
The celeb site TMZ.com is reporting that Michael Lohan, father of troubled celeb Lindsay Lohan, is in Florida but it doesn't know if he was involved in whatever got Major arrested.
Major, who has a permanent restraining order against Lohan, posted bail and released just after noon.
Major is no stranger to run ins with the law. Last year, she was arrested on a battery charge at Los Angeles International Airport.
