Casey Anthony's Attorney Outraged Over Video Leaks

ORLANDO (CBSMiami) – A defense attorney for Casey Anthony is outraged after two videos of her surfaced on the internet.

During an interview with Geraldo Rivera on Fox News, Jose Baez said the videos were private, web cam entries for a video and he doesn't know how they were leaked, according to The Orlando Sentinel.

On Friday when Anthony reported to her probation officer, she wrote on her monthly report that her computer had been hacked and believes someone got to her private videos. Anthony is serving probation for a check fraud conviction.

The first video surfaced last Thursday, a second on Friday.

On them Anthony talks about what's going on but makes no mention of her daughter Caylee, the murder trial or her acquittal.  The first video was reportedly recorded last October.

"This is my first video diary," she says in her introduction. "It is October 13th, a Thursday. It's a little surreal how much things have changed since July and how many things haven't changed. I'm just trying to figure out my computer. It's a whole new ballpark for me. I never used this before. I'm extra excited that I'll be able to Skype and obviously keep a video log and take some pictures and that I have something that I can finally call mine."

Anthony said she'll remain at her hiding spot until the end of February. She also expressed optimism about her future.

"The good thing is things are starting to look up and things are starting to change in a good way," she said. "I just hope they stay, that things stay good, that they only get better. They'll only get better."

The second video is only a few seconds long. On it Anthony shows off a newly pierced nose.
