Chilly Change Arrives Friday In South Florida

MIAMI (CBS4) - A cool change is on the way to South Florida.

CBS 4 Chief Meteorologist David Bernard says a cold front will arrive overnight and early Friday morning.

Gusty north winds will add just a bit of an extra chill in the air. Temperatures by Friday morning will be in the upper 50s for Northern and Western Broward County. The rest of South Florida will be around 60 degrees.

High temperatures on Friday will be about 10 degrees cooler than Thursday. That means readings only in the lower 70s.

Bernard says the slightly cooler weather will last into the weekend.
