Lindsay Lohan's Dad Arrested In Tampa
TAMPA (CBSMiami/AP) – Actress Lindsay Lohan's father spent the night in Tampa's jail after he was charged with domestic violence.
Tampa police said Michael Lohan, 51, was arrested just after 1 a.m. Tuesday for battery on his live-in girlfriend. After being placed in custody, Lohan complained of chest pains and was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. He was released a short time later and taken to the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail.
Last March, Lohan was arrested in Los Angeles and charged with domestic violence after he reportedly got into a fight with the same woman. According to TMZ.com, during this arrest he also complained of chest pain.
