MIAMI (CBS4) – Seems Tropical Storm Ophelia just couldn’t keep her act together.
At 5 p.m. the National Hurricane Center issued its final advisory on the system after it had dissipated into a remnant low. Located about 145 miles east of the northern Leeward Islands, the storm’s maximum sustained winds had dropped to 35 mph as it moved to west-northwest near 8mph.
