Boil Water Order Lifted For Parts Of Hialeah

HIALEAH (CBS4) – A precautionary boil water order was lifted Friday night for parts of Hialeah after a contractor punctured a 54-inch water main.

It happened on Red Road and West 60th Street in Hialeah Thursday. Water service was shut down to the area to make repairs was restored hours later.

The boil water order was in effect for these areas: West 84th Street (also known as Northwest 138th Street) to the North, Okeechobee Road to the South, from Red Road to West 36th Avenue (also known as Northwest 97th Avenue).
