One Killed, One Shot In Argument At Cemetery

MIAMI (CBS4) - One teen is dead and another injured after a Saturday night shooting near a landmark City of Miami Cemetery.

Miami police spokesperson Kenia Reyes said the two teens aparently got into some kind of argument near the Flagler Memorial Cemetery, at Flagler Street and 53rd avenue, and shots were fired

A 17 year-old boy, whose name was not immediately, died on the scene, according to Miami Fire-Rescue spokesperson Ignatius Carroll.

A second person involved in the shooting managed to make their own way to nearby Metropolitan Hospital, for treatment of less serious injuries.

It was not known what caused the argument, or who opened fire.
