Swing Set Sold At Toys "R" Us Recalled Over Safety Concerns

MIAMI (CBS4) - The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recalled of a popular swing set over concerns the seat on the swing could break, causing injury.

The Playsafe Dartmouth Swing Set is sold exclusively at   Toys "R" Us stores nationwide. The company has recieved reports of five swings cracking during use, which resulted in minor bruises and scrapes to the children.

The swing sets were sold between January and May of 2011 for about $270.

The affected model number is 22-PS340, with date codes FSD0115AA and FSD0315AA.

The manufacturer says the model number and date code can be found in the owner's manual.
