After the child’s picture aired on local news broadcasts, the mother called Miramar Police. Once at the station, she’ll be interviewed by police and the Department of Children and Families.

Police said the mother was on the second floor cleaning the carpet while two ten-year-olds were watching the younger kids, both aged 2. The older kids thought King was with mom.

It wasn’t until a relative saw King’s picture on the news and called the mother 3 hours later.
