Rapper Sean Kingston Hurt In Watercraft Crash

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) - Miami rapper Sean Kingston was treated at Ryder Trauma Center after the personal watercraft he was piloting smacked into the Palm Island Bridge near the MacArthur causeway Sunday night.

Jorge Pino, a spokesperson for the Florida Fish and Wildlife commission, a good Samaritan saw the accident and helped pull Kingston from the water

Miami Fire Rescue spokesperson Ignatius Carroll said Kingston had a passenger on the watercraft who was also taken to Ryder for examination.

It's not known how serious the injuries are, but Carroll said both Kingston and his passenger were reported in stable condition.

Kingston's parents joined their son at the hospital.
