Man Possibly Bitten By Snake In Davie

DAVIE (CBS4)- A Davie man was reportedly bitten by a snake and was transported to the hospital shortly after, authorities said.

Chopper 4 was over the 3600 of Birch Terrace where the man was bitten.

Davie Fre Rescue is on the scene and Miami-Dade's anti-venom unit is on standby.

The bite is being considered poisonous until determined otherwise.

The man was taken to Memorial Hospital West.
