Woman Settles Suit With Disney Over Groping Incident

ORLANDO (CBS4) - A Pennsylvania woman who sued Walt Disney Parks and Resorts after she claimed she was groped by an employee dressed up as Donald Duck has settled her lawsuit.

According to April Magolon's suit she and her family were visiting EPCOT in May 2008 when she went up to "Donald Duck" and asked for an autograph. She claims the costumed character grabbed her breasts, molested her, then turned and gestured to the crowd, made joking gestures that he had done something wrong.

The Upper Darby woman claimed she had nightmares, digestive problems and other permanent injuries. She sought more than $50,000 in compensation plus punitive damages.
