MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) – Planning an event at a Miami-Dade County Park just got a whole lot easier. The Miami-Dade Park & Recreation Department is going high-tech and has launched a new online reservation system.

Users of the online reservation system can reserve picnic shelters and playing fields, and rent recreation centers and facility rooms from the comfort of their home or office.

It’s a much more convenient way to reserve these facilities. In the past, residents would have to visit the local park and make the reservation in person.
