Bucs Cornerback Sought By Texas Police

TAMPA (CBS4) - Police in the Dallas suburb of Garland, have issued an arrest warrant for Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib. The warrant said Talib is accused of firing a gun at his sister's boyfriend.

According to Garland Police, Talib and his mother, Okolo Talib, shot at the man on March 21. The man wasn't injured.

Police said earlier in the same day he had been listed as a suspect in a disturbance and was charged with assault and interference with an emergency phone call.

The arrest warrant is for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Talib's mom turned herself in Tuesday. Aqib will turn himself in later this week.
