Busch Gardens, SeaWorld Raise Prices

TAMPA (CBS4) - If you're planning a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or SeaWorld in Orlando, it's going to cost you more.

Both parks have bumped up their prices.

On Friday Busch Gardens raised their prices by about three bucks. Florida residents who buy their tickets online get a really good deal; $77.99 for adults and $67.99 for children, the ticket is good for a year and you can visit the park as many times as you want. For five dollars less, you can also buy a one day ticket to the park. If you wait to get your tickets at the gate it will cost $78 for adults, $68 for kids, for a one day ticket.

They also offer a combo ticket which is good for a one day admission to both Busch Gardens and SeaWorld. At the gate the ticket runs $114.99 for adults, $104.99 for kids. If you buy the combo ticket online, you can save five dollars.

The new admission prices follow recent similar increases at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando last August. Both parks charge $82 for regular adult admission.
