Miami Beach Bartender To Strike A Deal In Hit-And-Run Death Of Chef
A South Beach bartender charged in the hit-and-run death of a chef will take a plea. Karlie Tomica, 20, will go before a judge Wednesday afternoon. Terms of the plea deal have not been disclosed.
