We will likely see scattered storms all day, with increased cloud cover. Temperatures will likely top out in the upper 80s today, and it will turn breezy by the evening. We should dry out tonight and temperatures will drop to near 80 under cloudy skies.
Tracking The Tropics 8-20-17 10AMHarvey is now just a remnant low, and continues to move through the Caribbean Sea. It could restrengthen early next week. The other waves near the Leeward Islands only have a low chance of development over the next few days. Conditions are just not favorable for strengthening currently. We could see some heavy rainfall by mid-week associated with the wave known as Invest 92-L.
