Son Surprises Dad During BSO Promotion Ceremony

It was a special morning for dozens of employees of the Broward Sheriff's Office. They took part in the largest BSO promotion ceremony ever and it was a standing room only crowd at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale.
