Special Inauguration Celebration Held At Arsht Center

As thousands pack the streets of Washington D.C. to watch the second inauguration of President Barack Obama in Washington D.C., here in South Florida there will be a special watch party at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
