Top Scallops In South Florida

Along with oysters-on-the-half-shell, white and meaty scallops are a delicacy when prepared correctly. In Spain scallops are baked with bread crumbs, ham and onions. In Japan, they are often prepared as sashimi or sushi. In China dried scallops or "conpoy" is served. And smoked scallops are a favorite appetizer or as ingredients in the preparation of other dishes.
