Located at mile marker 37 in the Florida Keys, this park is an ideal island paradise getaway. Neptune Memorial Reef

For those more into an adventurous hidden destination, this is the site to visit. This artificial reef is located not far from Miami and only 3.25 miles east of Key Biscayne. Originally built as an 'artistic interpretation of the Lost City of Atlantis, it now serves as a memorial site where people can have their remains deployed to 'create life after life'. This 80 acre complex offers a flea market, farmers market, amusement rides, arcade games and what is likely among the last few drive-in movie theaters. The Ancient Spanish Monastery

History lovers will not want to miss visiting this hidden destination. The construction of this Monastery dates back to 1133 AD and in 1964 was purchased by Colonel Robert Pentland, Jr. who then gave it to the Bishop of Florida. Visitors can tour the facilities, attend a class or worship service or often times listen in on a concert being offered there.
