The Miami Theater Center is a relatively small community stage that hires local actors. Rather than tackling tried-and-tested subject matter on the stage, local director Stephanie Ansin and partner Fernando Calzadilla have decided to adapt a hollywood classic. "The Seven Year Itch" was the movie that made Marilyn Monroe, Tony Bennett and Jack Lemon household names. It's a story about a man contemplating an affair with a voluptuous woman during a supposed midlife crisis. Now you can take a short ride to Miami Shores and experience the live stage play for yourself.
