For most places, Fall brings up images of beautiful autumn colors but here in South Florida we don't have that so we have to create our own fall ambiance. Your first step in doing this would be to get yourself a pumpkin in celebration of Halloween! Now we know that South Florida's version of pumpkin patches are few and far between but we have compiled a list of the best. Take a look.

Pumpkin Patch at Little Farm Miami-Dade

13401 SW 224 Street
Goulds, FL 33170
(305) 258-3186

For those who want a unique experience, drop by the Little Farm. While it is a bit of a drive, this traditional family farm lets you get away from the concrete and simply enjoy nature while getting your pumpkin. Once you’re there make sure to stop by their petting farm and maybe get a scarecrow kit. Oh and you get a free pony ride with each pumpkin purchased!

Flamingo Road Nursery

1655 Flamingo Road
Davie, FL 33325
(954) 476-7878

If you want more of a Halloween experience, drop by the Flamingo Road Nursery’s Fall Festival. Once you’ve stopped by their pumpkin patch, join in on their horse-drawn hayrides, petting zoo and face painting. Make sure to stop by their Harvest Market and pick up some goodies!
