Twenty-four days of serious tennis matches is almost upon us featuring the biggest pros in the industry competing against one another - Novak Djokovic (Rank 1, Serbia), Andy Murray (Rank 2, Great Britain), David Ferrer (Rank 3, Spain), Rafael Nadal (Rank 4, Spain), Victoria Azarenka (Rank 1, Belarus), Serena Williams (Rank 2, U.S.A.), Maria Sharapova (Rank 3, Russia), Agnieszka Radwanska (Rank 4, Poland) and many more! The who's who of the sports world will be on hand to watch the matches as well as celebrities and big names from all around the world. The games will all be held at the beautiful Crandon Park Tennis Center in Key Biscayne and the days will be jam-packed with several exciting events and activities in addition to the matches the world is waiting for. Tickets at various price levels are still available with the exception of the following: 100-level Box Seats and 300-level Championship Series seats.

Of course, the players for each match have not yet been announced as qualifying rounds will be held on the 18th and 19th of March, so we must all anxiously wait to find out. In the meantime, here are a few exciting events that will take place at the Sony Open between play.

Sony Ericsson Open Draw Ceremony
Monday, March 18 at 11:30 a.m.

The player match-ups will finally be announced and the qualifying rounds will begin.

Lindt Kid's Day
Tuesday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tickets: $7 for children and adults

Children from various schools and extracurricular activities meet at the Grandstand Court for the opportunity to get immersed in the world of tennis. The day will be filled with fun clinics for children ages seven to 14, complete with demonstrations, games and prizes. Afterwards, the children get to watch the tennis stars play live.

Player Autograph Signings
Wednesday, March 20 to Friday, March 29

Every day, tennis players will be on hand to sign autographs for fans at the Sony Display Booth. A listing of players with dates and times will be available via the Sony Open listings.

Zoo Miami Thursday
Thursday, March 21 at 1 p.m.

Animals of all kinds will be on hand from Zoo Miami at the Sony Open Entertainment Stage for display and, for certain species, interaction.

Bombay Sapphire Mixology Session
Monday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m.

The ATP World Tour players will be instructed, along with the audience, on how to concoct the official cocktail of the Sony Open in a free and exciting workshop.
