You gotta love this store.  Located next to Rebel and Julian Chang in the heart of Biscayne Boulevard's MiMo district, Cheap n Chic is bright, everything is nicely laid out and the clothes are really, really cut for really reasonable prices.  Usually everything is under $100 or so. The stock seems to change regularly so there's always something new to check out.  Plus, the staff is super friendly.
