Gold Dust Lounge is a veteran at playing outdoors as the resident band at The Standard, Miami Beach and at Wynwood Art Walk since 2009. The group’s music is an eclectic mix of the best that the local neighborhood can give us: acid surf, punk rock, jazz and spaghetti western. South Florida-native guitarist and songwriter Richard Mofsky leads this musical project that integrates a varied range of musical influences. The band is composed of seasoned musicians able to merge the free outdoors playing with unexpected melodies and down-tempo moods.

Fun., the 2013 Best New Artist Grammy Award winner, will be performing in Boca Raton in mid-September. The NYC-based trio, who came to popularity with the single “We Are Young.” also the Best New Song 2013 Grammy winner, will have Tegan and Sara as the openers. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit The Ally Coalition, a partnership between fun. and designer Rachel Antonoff to encourage the fashion and entertainment communities to support LGBT equality.
