Top Bars With Drinking Games In Miami

If you're an "Animal House" aficionado or a "National Lampoon's Van Wilder" fan, then you've heard of the drinking game. If you've been to college, then you've tried drinking games. If you're in one or all of these groups, don't run to a college town or hang out in a campus bar. There are plenty of bars that offer beer pong, quarters and flip cup right here in Miami. So go out and party like a co-ed.

Drinking games come in all shapes and sizes, but one has become a classic. Come down to Coconut Grove on Mondays and compete with the best at beer pong. This log cabin-style establishment isn't far from the University of Miami so you had better have your game face on. While you wait your turn, play some pool or try your luck at one of Mr. Moe's many old school arcades and take advantage of the night's drink specials which include Jager Bombs, Lemon Drops and more. Not to be outdone, Bougainvillea's Old Florida Tavern, or as its know by locals, Bougies, has Play-Ya Mondays where it features vintage Nintendo games, board games and of course, beer pong. The floor-to-ceiling, wood-covered establishment is all about fun so if you want to start you're own game of flip cup or quarters, go for it. While you're there, take advantage of the drink specials for the night which features Bud Light and Jager, and soak up these libations with free pizza. You're going to need plenty of munchies to stave off that hangover.

Lush is your typical dive bar if you're typical dive bar has a beer pong table and a stripper pole. Borrow the cups and ping pong ball from the bar and you're on your way. There is also a pool table to keep you occupied. This dark dive bar is laid back and is frequented by regulars and the occasional curious tourist. If you have a little bit of a rocker edge, this is definitely the place for you.

When you think of drinking games, images from "Animal House" and parties at frat houses come to mind. That's because college kids invented drinking games. It makes sense that you would find these games at college bar Tavern in the Grove. It's frequented by University of Miami students who come to listen to the jukebox and play a couple of rounds of beer pong on Tavern's beer pong table. If beer pong is not your speed, you can always play darts. It's a great way to relive your college days or waste them away.

Billy's Pub Too is a bar that mostly locals and college kids from Barry University go to. It's not a tourist spot at all. Inside you can find a bar, pool tables, a dartboard and a jukebox that plays popular music from old school rap to new school rock. Outside there is beer/ping pong table and a foosball table located under an awning and surrounded by picnic tables and benches. It's very laid back and if you want to have a casual night out with the girls or guys without any frills, this is the place for you.
