Rising design talent Sebastian Cubides is assisting in giving the Miami fashion community a good name with his strong portfolio of collections. His luxurious designs for men and women incorporate unexpected and creative fabrics and materials, such as denim and utility mesh, to produce beautiful, wearable art. Cubides shares what his top spring fashion trends are for Miami in 2015. He explains the season is "all about bold color contrast and adding visual interest" making it especially ideal for the Magic City.
Light Colored NeutralsLight colored neutrals are the base from which to work from. Light greys, nudes and whites can all be worn on their own for a classy and sophisticated look or paired with a bright neon color for a more eye-catching ensemble.
Bold All-Over PrintsBold all-over prints in tropical color schemes are fun and add flare to any look, and are good for those who like being adventurous with their wardrobe.
Navy BlueNavy or dark blue replaces black for the most part. It compliments more skin tones and looks great with a tan.
Bright/Neon ColorsBright colors like neon orange, yellow, coral pink, and cobalt blue not only go well with Miami's spirit but they can liven up a neutral colored outfit creating a stronger contrast and greater impact in an unexpected way.
Layering with Mesh Or Cut-Out FabricLast but not least, layering with mesh or cut-out fabrics add visual interest to an overall look while keeping cool in Miami's hot and humid climate.
