Giants Losing

Little Mac Losing

Giants: Charlotte, North Carolina. Oooo! It’s supposed to be lovely there! Opponent's Hometown Little Mac: France. FRANCE. FRAAAAAAAA-
0-2 Opponent’s Record Before Match: 1-99
I don’t know if it’s predictable, but cripes is it boring. Predictable Offense? He’s got about 5 punches to dodge, so yes.
(unprintable) Motivational Halftime Speech? “Join the Nintendo Fun Club Today, Mac!”
Throwing to Victor “Look at my stupid dance, I’m a jerk!” Cruz. Secret weapon? Pressing “Start” when he has a star punch.
“Disappointing is not a strong enough word.” Post Loss Quote? Give up? Retire? Start training, make a comeback!
Maybe we can finally stop having the stupid “Which Manning is Better?” debate. Future Implications? He’s doomed against Von Kaiser - nevermind Bald Bull or the second fight against Don Flamenco.

The winner is

Giants Losing
4 out of 7

Gloriously losing once again, the boring, listless Giants drop one to Little Mac and Glass Joe, 4-3. Having watched my beloved Patriots drop two awful Super Bowls to them, I gotta say: this defeat is pretty good.

Tale Of The Tape: Football vs. Futbol

With the World Cup still going strong and the NFL just weeks away from getting started it seemed like a fun idea to compare the two sports that share the same name…sort of. From the global “futbol” to the American “football” these sports are two of the most popular in their own right. As somewhat of a disclaimer I will add that this Tale of the Tape is being written by an American, though I am a big soccer fan. That being said, let’s start the debate.

There are very few worldwide occurrences that captivate fans of every nation the way that the Olympics and World Cup have proven to do.
