MIAMI, : Third base umpire Frank Pulli (R) looks at an instant replay on an ESPN camera during fifth inning action of the St. Louis Cardinals game with the Florida Marlins 31 May 1999 at Pro PLayer Stadium in Miami, Florida. Pulli used the replay to retract a home run call, turning it into a double, given to Florida Marlins leftfielder Cliff Floyd. The Marlins played the game under protest. At this time Major League Baseball umpires can't use instant replay in any form to change a decision. The Cardinals won 5-2. AFP PHOTO/Rhona WISE (Photo by: RHONA WISE/AFP/Getty Images)
