NFL Commissioner Breaks His Silence On Rice

The National Football League’s Commissioner Roger Goodell broke his silence Tuesday about the newly released elevator video from an Atlantic City casino showing former Baltimore Ravens star running back Ray Rice, punching his then fiance, Janay, in the face, knocking her out cold.

Longer Rice Video Shows Obscenities, Spitting

Ray Rice and Janay Palmer can be heard shouting obscenities at each other, and she appears to spit in the face of the three-time Pro Bowl running back right before he throws a brutal punch in a video shown to The Associated Press by a law enforcement official.

Ravens Terminate Contract Of RB Ray Rice

The Baltimore Ravens have terminated the contract of running back Ray Rice. He was also suspended indefinitely by the NFL after a video was released showing the running back striking his then-fiancee in February.
