Astronomers Gathered In Keys For Annual “Star Party”

Due to the unique conditions the Lower Keys have to offer, more than 500 amateur and professional astronomers have gathered there to check out southern constellations, comets and stars during the 31st annual Winter Star Party.

Astronomers Keep Eyes To The Sky At Fla. Keys Winter Star Party

Hundreds of professional and amateur astronomers are aiming their telescopes on southern constellations, stars, planets and even the International Space Station in the lower Florida Keys.
