Delay Sought In Re-Sentencing Of Jose Padilla

Federal prosecutors in Miami and an attorney for Jose Padilla have asked the court to delay his re-sentencing hearing. In a joint motion filed Monday, they have asked for a 60-day delay because they need more time to sort through classified evidence Padilla wants to use at the hearing.
