There’s more traffic trouble for commuters who take the Dolphin Expressway this week.
The State Road 836/826 interchange is in for another big change. This weekend, there’s a new traffic pattern which is expected to begin Sunday, February 16th.

Drivers on the 826 take note: things may look a little different as of Thursday morning—and your exit may have moved.
Drivers in Miami can expect to see a little extra traffic on the cusp of rush hour Friday evening.
A few changes will take place Sunday to SR 836. All eastbound SR 836 traffic will be shifted onto a new roadway east of NW 72nd Avenue and traffic will then be guided back to the existing lanes west of NW 57th Avenue.
Get ready for more changes for your weekend commute. Beginning Saturday, all northbound and southbound lanes on SR 826 will be closed from Northwest 12th Street to just south of the SR 836.
