South Florida woke up to a very warm start to the weekend Friday with the low 80s and a few spotty showers. Skies are still hazy across South Florida due to some lingering African Dust.
After a stormy start to the morning for portions of South Florida due some lingering moisture and an area of low pressure in the eastern Gulf of Mexico, the afternoon turned into a pleasant day for most of the area.
It was a very wet, gloomy start to the work week across South Florida Monday and more rain and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day and into the night.
Enjoy the near 80 degree temperatures Monday because they may be gone until Sunday. Monday night, bone-chilling weather by South Florida standards, will descend on the area and last through midweek.
